Kevin King
President and GM

Maintenance and Materials experience. King spent 9.5 years with TxDOT in various roles in the Tyler and Bryan Districts, then moved into the materials arena serving 18 years as sales manager in asphalts, emulsions and aggregates covering numerous states and markets. King joined Missouri Petroleum as VP of Operations for the Texas Division in early 2015. All the stops along the way were pavement preservation focused roles culminating in the opportunity to get into contracting and grow in the pavement preservation sector. Having acquired Innovative Roadway Solutions, LLC. In October of 2017, King now oversees the operations for both Missouri Petroleum Texas and Innovative Roadway Solutions. King currently serves and Chairman of the TxAPA Seal Coat Committee. Founder and co-chair of the Texas Statewide Steering Committee; a joint effort between TxDOT, TxAPA, AGC and TTI as well as serving on the Statewide Quality Seal Coat Improvement Program and TxAPA Quality Seal Coat Awards Committees.

Neal Munn

Texas and Oklahoma 47 years of roadway maintenance experience. Munn spent 32 years with TxDOT serving in a variety of leadership capacities including Roadway Maintenance Supervisor in both the Atlanta and Bryan Districts. Munn served in the TxDOT Maintenance Division his last 10 years doing the Statewide TxMAP program doing assessments across entire state scoring all 25 Districts roadways and making recommendations on how to make corrections also doing trainings on how to make corrections. Munn joined Innovative Roadway Solutions in late 2017 after serving as Superintendent for Missouri Petroleum for the 2017 season and continues to lend his expertise in roadway maintenance to cities, counties and state agencies. He serves as one of two project managers that oversee and ensure proper use of our products and excellent quality of workmanship.

Dunn started in the roadway maintenance business working for Boone County Missouri 26 years ago. Throughout his career at Boone County, Dunn served as Roadway Superintendent before being promoted to Director of Public works where he spent his final 6 years with the county. Boone County MO has one of the stronger, well balanced asphalt pavement preservation programs in the country of which Chet was instrumental in from the ground up. Chet’s expertise in evaluating roadways and determining what pavement preservation application best suits the issue in invaluable. Dunn joined Innovative Roadway Solutions in 2018 and currently serves as project manager ensuring excellent workmanship and proper use of the product is applied for the owner agencies.

20 years of business development experience within multiple industrial sectors. Mittendorf has been in business development his entire career. Throughout that time, he has mainly worked in the chemical and construction industry while covering multiple states. He started with Innovative Roadway Solutions and Missouri Petroleum in May of 2021 and currently covers Arkansas, Missouri, and Iowa. Matt enjoys working with individuals throughout all levels of city, county, and state governments to ensure the most economical and practical pavement preservation treatment package is implemented. He also looks forward to the challenges that arise from developing and implementing new preservation programs.
